Let's talk
Karine Flynn, Somatic Release Therapist

For when you're ready to be truly met - not managed.

You understand why you feel this way. So why can't you change it?

For those who've done the work, read the books and understand themselves inside out - but still keep falling into the same painful patterns.

When life gets hard, insight isn't the problem. Staying connected to yourself is.

The Analysis Trap

You can explain your patterns perfectly.
But knowing hasn't changed the feeling.

You've spent years understanding yourself: exploring your past, recognising your patterns, and making sense of why you react or feel the way you do.

So why do those same patterns still take over when life gets hard?

Because when life gets hard, you lose access to yourself.

The insight is still there. But in moments of overwhelm, the part of you that 'knows better' becomes temporarily unavailable - not because you don't know what to do, but because you lose access to what you already know.

That's why insight doesn't automatically lead to lasting change. Understanding yourself is one thing. Staying connected to yourself when it matters most is another.

What becomes possible

When you trust yourself again

Choosing relationships because they feel right, not because they feel familiar.

Making decisions without endlessly second-guessing yourself.

Listening to your gut, instead of talking yourself out of it.

Speaking up and setting boundaries, without abandoning yourself.

Staying connected during conflict, instead of slipping into old survival patterns.

Building a life that reflects who you are - not the survival strategies you've relied on for so long.

And one day, you realise you've stopped searching.
Not because you've found more answers - but because you've come home to yourself.

The next stage after insight

You've done the work to make sense of your patterns.

You don't need more answers.

You need a different experience of yourself.

That's exactly what this programme is designed for.

A guided experiential journey for people who are ready to move beyond insight and into lasting change.

Hello, I'm Karine

I'm a Psychotherapist, and for over two decades I've worked with people who are deeply self-aware – but still felt stuck.

They've done years of therapy, read the books, and understand themselves inside out. They can explain their patterns perfectly.

Yet when life becomes difficult, they still find themselves repeating the same painful cycles.

Over the years, I began to notice something.

The people who experienced the deepest and most lasting change weren't the ones who gained more insight.

They were the ones who learned to stay connected to themselves when it mattered most.

That realisation changed the way I work.

Today, I guide people through a structured experiential journey that helps them move beyond insight and into lasting change.

The programme draws on over twenty years of Psychotherapy, together with Internal Family Systems, Somatic approaches and experiential work, to help you develop one life-changing capacity:

The ability to stay connected to yourself when difficult emotions arise - instead of disappearing inside them.

Because when that changes, everything else begins to change with it.

The Space Between

There's a space between what you know and what you live.

Between understanding and trusting yourself.

Between insight and lasting change.

That's the space I write from.

Thoughtful reflections on self-trust, emotional capacity and what it really takes to stop repeating the patterns you already understand.

No noise. No endless self-improvement.

Just occasional reflections to help you stay connected to yourself - long after you've closed the page.
